Nova Startup is a networking platform connecting founders with investors. We do not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and we are not a broker-dealer.

By creating a profile you confirm that the information you submit is accurate, that you are authorized to share it, and that you will not use the platform for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes.

Introductions are made at the discretion of the receiving party. Any resulting conversations, negotiations, agreements or investments are solely between the founder and the investor involved.

We collect only the information you provide on your profile, together with basic usage data needed to operate the service (authentication, session, analytics).

We do not sell your personal data. Profile data is shown to other users on the platform in the context of discovery and matching.

You can request export or deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@novastartup.network.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (e.g. language).

We also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the platform is used and to improve it. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
